Fees and Payments

Payment Policies

All fees must be paid in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

Important:

• All bank charges, including charges imposed by both the sender's bank and the school's bank, are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
• Proof of payment must be submitted to the Accounts Office immediately after payment.
• Failure to submit proof of payment may result in the student being excluded from classes until payment is verified.

Cash Payments

EARK International School does not accept cash payments on school premises. Cash payments must be deposited directly into the school's bank account.

Tuition Fee Payment Options

1. Termly Payment

Tuition fees must be paid in full before the first day of each term.

2. Monthly Payment Plan for Siblings

Families with two or more children enrolled at EARK International School may pay tuition fees in three instalments per term:

• 1st Instalment: Before the start of the term
• 2nd Instalment: By the 5th of the following month
• 3rd Instalment: By the 5th of the subsequent month

3. Monthly Payment Plan (Non-Siblings)

Parents requiring a monthly payment plan must submit a written request to the school. Approval is subject to management discretion.

A 10% surcharge will be applied to the tuition fees. Payments must be made in three instalments:

• 1st Instalment: Before the start of the term
• 2nd Instalment: By the 5th of the following month
• 3rd Instalment: By the 5th of the subsequent month

All monthly instalments must be paid on or before the 5th of each month.

Annual Fee Discount

A 5% discount on tuition fees will be granted when the full academic year's tuition fees are paid in advance before the first day of Term 1.

Sibling Discount

Families with two or more children enrolled simultaneously at EARK International School are entitled to:

• A 5% tuition fee discount on the second and each subsequent child.
• Access to the school's monthly payment plan.

Holding Deposit for New Admissions

To secure an offered place, new parents are required to pay a refundable holding deposit of K500 within 3–5 working days of receiving an offer of admission.

The holding deposit will be credited towards the registration fee upon full payment of all enrolment fees, including:

• Registration Fee
• Tuition Fee
• Library Fund
• Security Deposit

Fee Clearance Requirement

All tuition fees must be paid before the commencement of a new term. Students without fee clearance will not be permitted to attend classes until outstanding fees have been settled.
